In 2024, Shanghai Electric Group Shanghai Electric Machine Co., Ltd. During the award process, the Company’s frontline teams undertook core manufacturing and urgent delivery tasks in several key projects, demonstrating high organizational ability and professional competence: through optimizing production organization, refining process control, and reengineering workflows, multiple large-scale motors were manufactured and delivered on schedule and with high quality; during major lifting and transportation operations, strict safety risk control measures were implemented, achieving an excellent record of zero major safety incidents; in terms of quality management, the Company continuously promoted process standardization, online inspections, and an all-employee quality responsibility system, effectively reducing defect rates and improving delivery consistency.
